about me
It was a sunny day on September 25th of 1990. The sun was strong and burning and there was almost no wind. This was probably the best day in history because this is the day when I was born in San Luis Potosi. I live with my mother and I got a brother, who is older than me and a sister, who is younger than me. I’ve dedicated the longest part of my life studying because I got objectives that I want to accomplish in my life and in order to do that, I must study so I can reach what I want.
As you already know, my main goal right now is to learn about hotels, gastronomy and tourism and of course, become an expert and stand out from the rest in every single way. Besides studies, I need experience, that’s why I went to Italy, met new people, interacted with them, became friends and made a complete Euro-tour with them to the most amazing and known places in whole Europe. It really helped me a lot because I learned to live in a whole new world with different people who talk a complete different language than mine, people who have different customs and ideologies and see life from another perspective. I had to talk English all the time in order to get understood by everyone else besides my friends. That was kind of amazing and unique for me. I am not saying that I had a cultural shock because I am a person who is capable of fitting everywhere, that’s the way I am, what I actually meant is that this is the kind of experience that has made me grow not only as a person but as a student as well.
I must say that being a dedicated student is not really easy. In addition, I got to spend a lot of time in my school. I wake up at 6:00 every day and get into school at 7:00. Classes are over until 17:00 and still, my teachers leave me a lot of homework to do. However, that doesn’t make me some kind of a nerd. I must say that I am proud of myself because I still manage to have a social life and spend time with my friends, regardless the time I spend in my school and the homeworks I got to do. Besides that, I go to the gym and do spinning; those are kind of my hobbies. I love to do that because that keeps me in shape and I’ve always thought that in order to have a healthy mind you must have a healthy body. If you got a healthy mind and body, you got everything. That’s pretty much how my life works because I am a solid person with strong beliefs and I never hesitate nor look back, I always reach what I want, doesn’t matter what, how, when nor where.
Concluding this, I must say that this is what makes me a recognized student and that’s why I shine from the rest. If someone is ready for a challenge, that’s me. Even though I still got a lot to learn and forever I will because that’s how life is, I think that I am a great person and I am going to become even better, eventually. In fact, I would trade everything I know for the half of what I unknown.

Gay marriage

As we all know, Mexico City legalized same-sex marriage and adoption by same-sex couples, so I’m curious to know about what you guys think about it, do you think it was a good idea or do you think it wasn’t?
If you ask me I think everyone has the right to get married with the one they chose, I mean, I’m not against somebody who is sexually attracted to members of his or her own sex. I’ve been reading about it and I’ve been talking with a friend about it and we discussed that we’re just not used to the thought of gay marriage so that’s why we as conservative people see it completely wrong in front of the society, but sooner or later we’ll be used to it and it’ll become something pretty normal for us.
What about adaptation? Well, I’m personality against that; I’m just not used at that idea and I think I can’t stand it, thinking about the idea of having 2 moms or 2 dads is making me crazy, however my friend changed my mind -just a bit-, he said that someone who grew up with 2 dads/ moms wouldn't know the difference, and yes he got the point..Plus if you ask someone that was maltreated/abused by his/her parents I think they would probably say that having two good guys doing better than a good guy and a bad woman for example or vice versa would be the best option for them. Although we must have in mind that it's the personalities of the people that really matters to the child, not the gender of the parents. By the other hand any kid has the right to be in contact with both genders during their growth and adopting kids could make them lose that important right and could make them feel unsecure.
To be honest this is a very complicated topic to talk about so make your own arguments and tell me what you think about!
What do I like?
This is a question that almost everybody does when they meet new people, what does she/he like?
Well in this section I am going to tell you what I like and what I don’t; Haven’t you thought about enjoying life without the necessity of bothering people? Because I have, and that’s what I do, I do love to enjoy my life without problems nor enemies, I think we all should treat the others as we want them to treat us, so this is pretty much the way I do, everything is about showing respect to be respected even though I do love to joke around and laugh all the time which makes me look disrespectful sometimes even if that isn’t my intention but I think it's all about sense of humor.
and yes, I do love pink just in case you didn't notice!

Museo Federico Silva
The museo Federico Silva is about the sculptor Federico Silva and the contemporary Mexican sculpture in general. This museum is located in downtown San Luis Potosi.
It has many important sculptures which are very interesting to know about, I personally didn’t understand many of them because there wasn’t any guide that could tell me more about the sculptures but I noticed that they have traditional, religious and cultural meanings.
It would be great to read more about this museum and its items.
Museo Nacional de la Máscara
The museo de la mascara is a comtemporary museum located in downtown San Luis Potosi. It displays various objects, such as masks, related to dance, art and other items of culture that were used in the past. The museum has six rooms with permanent exhibitions and one room for temporary exhibitions.
I went to this museum last week and I love going to museums so it was a great experience where I learned more about art and traditions of the past. In the main room we saw many different mask which were incredibly amazing, they told me that the masks represent many traditions, important people and many cultural Mexican symbols.
Then we went to some others rooms where they showed us some important rooms of the family which used to live in the house. In my opinion those rooms were very interesting because of their cultural value and the traditions they used to have in the past. There was one room which got all of my interest because it was a men room where women weren’t allowed to go, men used to smoke there and make deals with important people.
